Here's what that looks like: five session days per year (six in year one), quarterly planning, an annual retreat, and coaching support built in throughout. By the end, you have a leadership team and infrastructure that works without you in the room. That's the goal. That's always the goal.
Who it's for: Service businesses with ~10+ employees who are ready to stop being the ceiling of their own company.
Investment: Starts at $36K year one / $30K year two. Minimum 2-year commitment.

Investment: $1,500/month (3–4 sessions). Minimum 6-month commitment.
