How it works

1. How Does Coaching With Stacey Bailey Consulting Actually Work?

Our coaching process is designed to be a highly personalized and impactful partnership, not a one-size-fits-all program.

Here is how a typical engagement works:

  • Frequency: We meet monthly or bi-monthly, at a frequency that aligns with your business's pace and your personal needs.

  • Setting Goals: Our first 1-2 sessions are dedicated to establishing your Vision, Values, and Ethos—your foundation. We'll collaboratively set clear, measurable goals for your coaching journey, focusing on areas like scaling challenges, leadership growth, or addressing specific organizational feedback.

  • Session Structure (You Lead): You are in the driver's seat. You bring your most pressing concerns, challenges, or opportunities to each session.

  • My Role (I Guide): As your coach, my priority is to be your strategic thought partner and an insightful collaborator. I listen intently, ask targeted questions, challenge your assumptions, and help you cut through the noise so you can define the precise actions that will drive maximum impact in your business.

  • Accountability: We wrap up each session by defining clear actions and accountability metrics, ensuring the insights we generate translate directly into tangible progress.

2. How Much Does Coaching With Stacey Bailey Consulting Cost?

We believe in transparent pricing that makes it easy to budget for growth.

  • Monthly 1:1 Coaching: $800 / month (Includes two 60-minute sessions)

  • Bi-Monthly 1:1 Coaching$400 / month (Includes one 60-minute session)

  • Strategic Planning / Retreat Facilitation$6,000 / day (Includes pre-planning and post-session follow-up)

Factors That Influence Pricing:

  • Duration of Agreement: Longer commitments (e.g., 6 or 12 months) receive favorable discounted rates as they allow us to implement deeper, more sustainable change.

  • Individual vs. Group Sessions: If you are seeking to coach a team of rising leaders, we can structure group coaching at a customized rate.

  • Scope: The quoted rates above are for individual coaching. Large-scale organizational consulting projects are quoted on a project-by-project basis after a discovery call.

3. What is the Real Value of Investing in Coaching?

The value of quality coaching is simple: it pays for itself—often many times over.

While I can share how coaching transformed my own professional life by providing direction and a collaborative ear, the true value for your business lies in tangible, measurable results:

  • Lack of Focus —> Clarified Priorities—Translate vision into a few needle-moving actions, improving team efficiency.

  • Stalled Revenue —> Improved Strategy & Accountability—Identify and remove the bottlenecks that are holding back your business’s revenue growth.

  • Leadership Burnout —> Empowered Leaders—Develop your own and your team's leadership capacity, freeing you from day-to-day operations.

The Investment in Rising Leaders:

Coaching for your key team members is an investment in both their future and the company’s future. It grows their strengths, challenges their thinking, and ensures they are aligned with the company’s direction, dramatically reducing turnover and building a robust leadership pipeline.

4. What’s the Difference Between a Business Coach and a Business Consultant?

While the terms "coach" and "consultant" are often used interchangeably, they represent two distinct approaches to helping your business grow.

At Stacey Bailey Consulting, we often blend these two roles to provide the maximum value, but it's important to know the difference:

Business Coach -

  • Focused on You (The Leader) —Asking powerful questions to help you uncover your own best solutions.

  • Sustainable Self-Sufficiency—Developing your internal leadership skills.

Business Consultant -

  • Focused on The Business (The Problem) — Analyzing data, providing specific solutions, and offering expert advice/resources.

  • Immediate Problem Solving—Delivering a specific outcome or strategy.

My Role as a Strategic Coach (Most of the Time):

When we meet in our monthly or bi-monthly 1:1 sessions, my primary role is that of a coach.

  • I don't bring the answers; I bring the process. My priority is to listen deeply, ask challenging questions, and guide you to the answer that is truly best for you and your company. This builds your self-awareness and leadership muscle, ensuring your growth is sustainable long after our engagement ends.

  • The Value: You gain clarity on your priorities, confront limiting beliefs, and step into stronger leadership, ultimately making better strategic decisions for your business.

My Role as a Consultant (When Necessary):

When we transition to a strategic planning, team facilitation, or advisory capacity, my role shifts to that of a consultant.

  • I step into the expert role. Here, I leverage my experience and insights from working with other scaling businesses. I will proactively offer my perspective, share specific frameworks, and provide expert counsel on things like improving organizational structure or implementing core values.

  • The Value: You get a trusted outside opinion, avoiding common scaling pitfalls, and gaining immediate access to best practices and proven strategies that accelerate your growth.

The Stacey Bailey Consulting Difference: You get a partner who knows when to sit back and coach you toward your answer, and when to step forward and provide the specific consulting expertise you need to break through a wall. This blend ensures both you and your business grow.
