I'm a leadership coach, operations consultant, and facilitator who helps founders of creative service businesses build companies they're actually proud of — ones that grow sustainably, honor their values, and don't require them to be in every room.

I spent 15+ years as a COO in the digital agency world. Fast-moving, high-performing environments where the work was exciting and the pace could quietly eat people alive. I led teams through international mergers, B Corp certification, private equity transitions, and a global pandemic. I've seen growth done right — and wrong — from the inside.

The B Corp work is where something shifted for me. I watched what happened when a company decided to actually care — about its people, its culture, its impact — and hold that at the same level as performance. Ambitious teams started to thrive instead of just endure. And I realized: this wasn't a nice-to-have. It was the whole thing.

That's what I help founders build now.

I've worked with teams across the country and spoken on stages across the globe. But I've spent 20+ years as a proud member of the Lowcountry — and I believe impact is greater where you're planted.

You'll find me at Theatre 99, cheering on local entrepreneurs at Lowcountry Local First events, on the board at Friends of James Simons, or hosting the kind of gathering where something unexpectedly good happens. I'm a community organizer at heart. Always have been.
