How it works

1. Coaching That Meets You Where You Are

Coaching with Stacey Bailey Consulting isn’t a one-size-fits-all program—it’s a personalized partnership designed to help you (and your team) grow with clarity and intention.

Here’s what a typical engagement looks like:

Frequency:
We meet monthly or bi-monthly, depending on your business’s pace and your personal needs.

Setting Goals:
Our first sessions focus on defining your Vision, Values, and Ethos—your foundation. Together we’ll set measurable goals around your biggest opportunities: scaling challenges, leadership development, or operational alignment.

Session Structure (You Lead):
You bring your most pressing questions, challenges, or decisions.

My Role (I Guide):
I’m your strategic thought partner and sounding board. I’ll listen deeply, ask targeted questions, challenge assumptions, and help you cut through the noise to find the actions that drive the most meaningful impact.

Accountability:
Every session ends with clear next steps and accountability metrics—so your insights translate into real progress.

2. Pricing Transparency

Growth should be intentional and predictable.

Here’s what to expect when investing in coaching or facilitation with me:

1:1 Coaching

  • Monthly: $800 / month (includes two 60-minute sessions)

  • Bi-Monthly: $400 / month (includes one 60-minute session)

Strategic Planning / Retreat Facilitation

  • $6,000 / day (includes pre-planning and post-session follow-up)

Factors That Influence Pricing:

  • Duration: Longer commitments (6–12 months) receive preferred rates.

  • Format: Group coaching or team facilitation is priced separately.

  • Scope: Large-scale organizational consulting is quoted after a discovery call.

Every engagement begins with a complimentary consultation so we can determine the best approach for your goals.

3. The Value of Coaching

The value of good coaching is simple: it pays for itself—often many times over.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • Lack of Focus → Clarified Priorities: You’ll translate vision into actionable, measurable steps.

  • Stalled Revenue → Improved Strategy: We’ll identify bottlenecks and optimize execution.

  • Leadership Burnout → Empowered Teams: You’ll grow your capacity and build stronger leaders around you.

Investing in Rising Leaders:
Coaching isn’t just for the CEO. Supporting your managers and future leaders builds retention, alignment, and long-term sustainability.

4. Coach vs. Consultant (and Why You Get Both)

While the words coach and consultant are often used interchangeably, they serve different purposes—and I move fluidly between both depending on your needs.

As a Coach:

  • I focus on you, the leader.

  • I ask powerful questions that help you uncover your best solutions.

  • I build your leadership capacity so you can sustain your growth long after our engagement ends.

As a Consultant:

  • I focus on the business.

  • I bring proven frameworks and real-world experience.

  • I offer data-driven insights, practical tools, and specific strategies to accelerate your growth.

The Stacey Bailey Consulting Difference:

You get both.

A partner who knows when to sit back and coach you toward your answer—and when to step in with the expertise that helps you break through faster.
